Welcome to Doon Vintage (“Doon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Policies apply to purchases made through our website and, where applicable, purchases made at our physical store. By using our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. PRODUCT CONDITION & VINTAGE DISCLOSURES

Doon Vintage sells a curated assortment that may include vintage, pre-owned, deadstock, handmade, and modern items. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind.

Vintage and pre-owned goods naturally may show signs of age, wear, previous use, repairs, fading, variation, or other imperfections. Deadstock items may be unworn but can still show characteristics related to age or storage.

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe our merchandise accurately and to disclose significant flaws that we identify. Because of the nature of vintage and pre-owned goods, minor imperfections may not always be noted or visible in photographs.

Please keep in mind:

• Colors may vary based on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
• Measurements are approximate.
• Vintage sizing may differ significantly from modern sizing.
• Normal signs of age and previous use should be expected in vintage and pre-owned merchandise.

Please review all available descriptions, photographs, measurements, and condition information before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, contact us before completing your purchase. We are happy to provide additional information, measurements, photographs, or video when reasonably available.

2. FINAL SALE, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Doon Vintage does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds for change of mind, fit, sizing, or characteristics of an item that were disclosed or reasonably apparent from the product description and photographs.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because much of our inventory is limited or one-of-a-kind, orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been placed. If you believe you made an order in error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We generally prepare orders for shipment within 3 business days. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by that carrier. If tracking indicates a problem with your shipment, please contact us at hello@doonvintage.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with available carrier information or claims.

Doon Vintage is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

5. LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be offered for eligible orders. Orders designated for local pickup should be collected within 14 days of the date you are notified that your order is ready.

If you are unable to pick up your order within that time, please contact us at hello@doonvintage.com. Orders that remain unclaimed after 14 days may require additional arrangements. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking further action.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Doon Vintage respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information that may be collected through our website and interactions with our business, how we may use that information, and the circumstances in which it may be disclosed.
