Shipping and Handling
All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.
Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated.
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option!
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.

Our assortment includes vintage, pre-loved, deadstock (new but 20+ years old), and modern items. Due to the nature of these products, natural wear, age-related imperfections, or variations may occur.
We do our best to thoroughly describe all items and note major flaws; however, minor imperfections may be overlooked or not visible in photos.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of wear.
Deadstock items, while unworn, may exhibit age-related characteristics.
Colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings.
Measurements are approximate.
You have reviewed item descriptions and photos before purchasing.
All sales are final.
2. ALL SALES FINAL
All purchases—online and in-store—are final sale.
We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations.
If you have questions about an item, please contact us before completing your purchase! We love to help you with additional measurements, photos or even videos of any item you're interested in - just let us know.
3. SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship within 3 business days.
Shipping timelines may vary; delays caused by carriers are out of our control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or mis-delivered packages.
Claims for lost/stolen packages must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders designated for local pickup must be collected within [X] days.
Items not picked up within that timeframe may be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.
